Function Rooms

These rooms offer flexible set-ups. Organizers should provide the type of set-up needed as well as the number of expected guests when requesting a room. Capacities for the most requested set-ups are provided below. Rooms may not be set for more than maximum capacities, and the addition of audio visual equipment may affect capacity. Seminar and Classrooms

These rooms are primarily for class use and should be class-ready at all times. Most have fixed or standard furnishings that cannot be removed. Classrooms are only available when a class is not in session. Room assignments for Non-Class Events are subject to change, to accommodate the class schedule.
