If a faculty member would like a back-up of his/her email or other data, please contact the Faculty Technology Support line. This should be requested before the Faculty member officially leaves HLS.
Also, it is important that faculty discuss with his/her faculty assistant what information from your email account, personal network drive (home drive), and local hard drive should be passed along to others. ITS is happy to move these HLS related files to another network drive or burn these files to a CD.
90 days after the faculty member's last official day at HLS, ITS will permanently delete all information stored on his/her personal network drive.
Information stored on the faculty member's hard drive will be deleted immediately.
Email will be permanently deleted from the server after 30 days.
