A/V Equipment and Services Pricing
Detailed below are the list prices for Media Services equipment and services.
Media Services bills for most services and equipment on an hourly basis. Charges are calculated using the event start and end times given when booking event space.
Charges should be paid for with a 33-digit Harvard billing code. External groups can pay with a check made payable to Harvard Law School and referencing the Event Reservation Number.

| Live Event Webcasting | $75.00 | Requires dedicated Media Services technician to operate. |
* Events requiring equipment rental from an external vendor carry an additional 15% handling fee.
Video Production / Editing

| Post Production - Light | 75.00 | Your video will be recorded with a single camera and the video will be trimmed to the start and end of your event, fading in and out at the beginning and end. |
| Post Production - Intermediate | 225.00 | Your video will be recorded with a single camera and the video will be trimmed to the start and end of your event, fading in and out at the beginning and end. The video may be edited at various points for content and PowerPoint slides can be incorporated into the video. Titles can also be added to the video. |
| Post Production - Advanced | 675.00 | Your video will be recorded with up to two cameras, may be switched live, and the video will be trimmed to the start and end of your event, fading in and out at the beginning and end. The video may be edited at various points for content and PowerPoint slides can be incorporated into the video. Titles can also be added to the video. An editing session can be scheduled with a technician. |
