2.10 Confidentiality Agreements

Some University employees who have access to confidential information are required by law or Harvard process to sign a confidentiality agreement.

HLS Policy:

In most cases at HLS attorney client privilege and governing rules of the legal profession supersede the need for Faculty and Students to sign confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements.

However, all staff, temps, consultants and contractors must sign an NDA if they have access to systems containing HRCI.  Students who are not enrolled in a full time law degree and who have access to systems with HRCI are required to sign an NDA.
