Also, it is important that staff discuss with his/her manager what information from his/her email account, personal network drive (home drive), and local hard drive should be passed along to others. ITS is happy to move these HLS related files to another network drive or burn these files to a CD.
90 days after the staff member's last official day at HLS, ITS will permanently delete all information stored on his/her personal network drive.
Information stored on the staff member's hard drive will be deleted immediately.
Email will be permanently deleted from the server after 30 days.
Note: Any Non-Disclosure agreement signed in the course of employment with Harvard remains in effect after your separation from Harvard.
