Attorney and Supervisor Forms

We welcome your interest in having Harvard Law students work on a clinical or pro bono basis at your law firm or organization. If you are getting in touch with us for the first time, please complete the Placement Organization Registration form before contacting our office.

The Microsoft Word forms can be filled in and emailed as attachments, or printed out and mailed to us. If you would like to receive these forms in another format, please contact us.

• Organization Registration: Complete this form if you would like to register with our program and, if eliglble, have law students work with you on legal projects.
• Clinical Supervisor Handbook: This guide provides information on how to supervise HLS clinical students.
• Clinical Evaluation (Mid-Semester): Used by supervisors to evaluate clinical students halfway through the fall and spring semesters (winter clinicals use Final evaluation only).
