Papers
FROM
TIME TO TIME, THE PROJECT might commission an expert to research
and report on a particular topic. Project staff and consultants
will produce analyses and papers on other topics. In addition, the
Project will collect and disseminate other papers and works in progress,
including papers written by Harvard Law students as part of their
course work or in satisfaction of the law school's writing requirement.
For many years, Harvard
Law students have produced a diverse array of descriptive and
analytic papers relating to making civil legal services more widely
available. Most of the papers have not been circulated outside the
Harvard community, but wider access may contribute to needed debate
and provoke creative thinking.
Abstracts are provided for Project Papers and
for Law Student Papers. We will continue to publish papers, which
have been edited specifically for the Bellow-Sacks website, as they
become available. When possible, a link to download the full text
in either Microsoft Word or PDF format has been provided.
