MANY SOPHISTICATED PLAYERS IN THE U.S. LEGAL AID SYSTEM have little comparative information about the much larger government supported legal aid programs in countries with resources and unmet legal need comparable to the U.S. The goal of the seminar, being held November 18 and 19, 2002, is to begin to bridge this gap by thinking about the U.S. program in comparison to legal aid in the United Kingdom and Canada.
