THE TECHNOLOGY VISIONS SEMINAR held on May 4 and 5, 2000 explored the ways in which technology can be harnessed to expand the availability of legal services and improve quality and efficient service delivery. Technology was chosen as the first area of exploration for the Bellow-Sacks project because it is an area that has seen rapid innovation within the last few years. It is also an area that has intellectually engaged the legal services community and one in which significant investments have been made.
