DAVID B. POOLE
David B. Poole has been a clinical instructor at the Criminal Justice
Institute at Harvard Law School since 1997. From 1990 to 1997, he
was a trial lawyer in the Boston and Roxbury offices of the Committee
for Public Counsel Services, where he represented both adult and
juvenile clients. Before becoming a public defender, Mr. Poole was
a housing lawyer at Merrimack Valley Legal Services in Lowell, Massachusetts,
and a law clerk to the Hon. Frederick H. Weisberg on the District
of Columbia Superior Court. Mr. Poole is a 1986 graduate of Harvard
Law School, and he received an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School
of Education in 1994.
