Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School
The Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School (PON) is a world-renowned interdisciplinary center on negotiation and conflict resolution. PON presents lectures, discussions, classes, and conferences in addition to producing publications and teaching materials. Founded and based at Harvard Law School, PON is a consortium of faculty, students, and staff at Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tufts University, and other Boston-area schools.
Harvard Negotiators
The Harvard Negotiators is an HLS student organization founded by a group of Harvard students and Professor Robert Bordone in 2005. It offers student-managed negotiation and dispute resolution services to clients on a volunteer basis. HNCP and the Harvard Negotiators work closely together.
Harvard Mediation Program
The Harvard Mediation Program (HMP) is a student practice organization and clinical program at Harvard Law School devoted to the training of mediators and providing mediation services to the community. HMP has grown significantly, now encompassing small claims, landlord-tenant, parent-child, and advanced civil mediation cases.
Harvard Negotiation Law Review
The Harvard Negotiation Law Review (HNLR) is a student run journal that provides a forum in which scholars from many disciplines can discuss negotiation as it relates to law and legal institutions. HNLR's audience is lawyers and legal scholars. Now in its 11th year, HNLR is expanding to publish two issues per year. |
