The Legal Services Center is a neighborhood law office that serves the legal needs of the community. We provide attorneys and legal assistance to financially eligible clients in civil matters.  The People’s Law School is intended to educate and empower community members around everyday legal issues.

You are welcome to attend as few or as many of the clinics as you’d like.  Come for just one session or stay for the entire afternoon and attend up to four sessions.  Sessions include a presentation and question and answer segment.

MBTA Directions & Parking Instructions
The Legal Services Center is located directly next to the Stony Brook MBTA station on the T's Orange Line. Make a left as soon as you exit the T station, and walk toward the back of the station. We’re the building that is set back from the street.

Depending on the direction you are driving, take a right or left on Marbury Terrace. Follow it to the end and turn left into the parking lot. Take the walkway from the parking lot that runs between our building and the Stony Brook T substation, and follow it around to the front entrance of our building.
