If you Have a Complaint

At the Legal Services Center, we are committed to providing high-quality legal services and to treating every client fairly and respectfully.  We strive always to meet this goal.  However, if a problem does arise, we will make every effort to resolve it promptly. 

If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may file a complaint with the office. Some examples of complaints include: (1) a dispute about the fee; (2) dissatisfaction with a declined request for representation; (3) mishandling of your case; (4) unethical conduct; or (5) failure to update you on the case status.   Ask the receptionist for information about our complaint procedures.
