Costs Associated with a Case

Unless waived by a court, you are responsible for all case costs including court fees, subpoenas, service of process, housing inspections, depositions, expert witness fees and evaluations. The attorney working with you will explain these costs and fees, and will obtain your prior approval for any expenses related to your legal matter. You should feel free to ask questions or for clarification at any time during the course of our legal work with you.
