The attorney, paralegal and law students assigned to your case will:
- Faithfully and diligently provide you with high quality, competent legal assistance on the matter described in your retainer;
- Communicate with you about your case;
- Respond to your reasonable requests for information;
- Notify you of important developments in your case, including settlement offers;
- Obtain your prior approval of any expenses or settlement of your case;
- At your request, give you documents in your office file (the Center will need to keep copies); and
- Maintain confidential all communications between your attorney, paralegal, law student, other office staff and you, as required by the Rules of Professional Conduct. We will obtain your permission to discuss your case with people outside the office, when necessary.
