There are circumstances under which you, our clieint, or the Center may terminate the representation before the case is completed. You may decide not to pursue the case or you may ask the Center to stop representing you at any time.
Some examples of why the Center may seek to terminate its involvement in your case are: (1) our inability to contact you; (2) your refusal to obey a court order; (3) you ask us to commit fraud or some other illegal act; (4) you insist on pursuing a meritless claim, defense or an action that may subject the Center to court sanctions; or (5) you materially misrepresent your financial circumstances to obtain our services.
