Meets: Th, F 10:00am - 11:30am in WCC Room 5044
3 classroom credits
This course examines the resolution of cases where the relevant parties, conduct or transactions have connections to more than one state. Topics include choice of law, personal jurisdiction, full faith and credit, and enforcement of foreign judgments. Laptops are not permitted in class.
