Taxation: Current Issues in Law, Policy and Practice

This seminar will consider a range of current issues in taxation focusing on works-inprogress by invited participants. Students will be asked to write short response papers to the papers to be presented. The seminar will meet every other week (one credit) The seminar will be offered in the spring by Professor Shay. Students may enroll for the entire year or a semester.
