Law of Baseball

In testifying before congress, a baseball figure once said that baseball is too much of a business to be regarded only as a sport and too much of a sport to be regarded only as a business. In this reading group, we will focus on the business of sports, with a particular emphasis on baseball. Larry Lucchino, the President and CEO of the Red Sox, will share his vast experience with us. We may also have guests from other professional sports leagues. The readings will come from the world of sports, business and law.
