Trade Secrecy

This reading group will examine the laws of trade secrecy through the lens of innovation policy. It will focus on the various policies and doctrines that make up the body of trade secrecy law, including civil actions for trade secret misappropriation, criminal actions under the Federal Economic Espionage Act, and contractual restrictions on employee mobility.
