Constitutional Law: Separation of Powers, Federalism, and Fourteenth Amendment

The course considers the structural provisions of the Constitution, but also the individual rights and liberties implicated by the due process and equal protection clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment. First Amendment liberties and constituional criminal procedure are addressed in other courses.
