This course is one of the two basic courses in the field of U.S. constitutional law. It focuses on judicial review, the separation of powers, federalism, and the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses. The casebook is Stone, Seidman, Sunstein, Tushnet and Karlan, Constitutional Law (7th ed. 2013) and its Supplement.
