Combating Transnational Bribery

This seminar will examine the legal instruments used to combat the bribery of foreign public officials, as well as other forms of transnational corruption. The seminar will focus principally, though not exclusively, on the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as well as its foreign and international counterparts. Enrollment is by permission of instructors.
