Environmental Law Programming
In the 2006-07 academic year, Harvard Law School will offer a variety of environmental programming. This will include:
- The development of additional environmental course offerings, including new courses on Land Use Law, Law and Engergy, International Environmental Law, and Contemporary International and Comparative Environmental Law Research, as well as the Human Rights and the Environment Advocacy Workshop;
- A Junior Faculty Workshop focused on environmental and natural resources scholarship, jointly sponsored between HLS, Boalt Hall and UCLA;
- An environmental speaker series, presented in association with the Enviromental Law Society;
- The planning of a new environmental clinical program;
- Program support provided by the Environmental Law Fellow.
