IX. Final Deadlines for Degree Candidates

• November degrees: September 11, 2009
• March degrees: January 25, 2010
• June degrees: May 7, 2010

Absent permission by the Administrative Board, no academic work, including examinations, papers in lieu of exams, optional papers, seminar papers, exercises or journals, papers written in satisfaction of the J.D. Written Work Requirement or the LL.M. Written Work Requirement or revisions thereto, may be submitted for degree credit after the final deadlines specified above. Such permission will be granted only with the permission of the instructor and only if the Administrative Board finds that:

1. The delay in submission of the work was caused by a serious personal or medical emergency, and
2. The delay will not prejudice the evaluation of the work by the instructor.
