Home Support Services

ITS understands that more and more faculty would like the option of working from their home. To help faculty create a home environment that is technologically sufficient to work in, ITS will offer a service where we will coordinate and manage an outside vendor to set-up a faculty member's home office.   With this service, ITS will work with our vendor on the process of having a home office established. This vendor can configure wireless access, set-up an HLS owned computer, or connect to a personally purchased printer. If a faculty member is interested in creating a home office, please contact the Faculty Technology Support Line at 617.496.9025. Faculty may choose to either pay the vendor directly or ITS can to charge expenses to his/her faculty allowance.
