Remote Support Service for Faculty and Staff: ITS is very excited to announce a new tool that allows the Faculty-Staff Help Desk to provide support for your computer remotely. This will allow a Help Desk Analyst to identify and correct configuration problems without the need for a desk side visit. The problem is quickly resolved and the user is working again.
