Call the ITSI Phone Line For Status Updates: ITS would like to remind the HLS community about the ITSI phone line. This phone line will provide information regarding the status of the HLS network-based services. The phone number for this line is 617.998.4874 or 8-ITSI.
Network Outage: On Wednesday March 30th, between 7:30 to 8:30am, there will be brief network service interruptions in the following HLS locations: Austin Hall (Clinical), Baker House (Legal Aid Bureau in the back section), Gannett house (entire building), Hastings (basement), Holmes Hall (first Floor), and 1581-1583 Massachusetts Avenue.
Network Outage: On Wednesday March 2nd, there were brief network interruptions. One interruption was at 1:35pm and the other was at 6pm. The problem was traced to faulty hardware which was replaced. The network was stable by 7:15pm.
