- Scheduled Network Maintenance - 3/29 and 3/30 - 4:000am-6:30am
- On Wednesday and Thursday, March 29th and 30th, between 4:00am and 6:30am, FAS will be performing general maintenance to the HLS network. People using their computers during this time period may experience interruptions with network services including printing, email, and the Internet.

- On Tuesday, March 28th, between 7:30am and 8:30am, ITS will be performing general maintenance to the HLS network. People using their computers during this time period may experience interruptions with network services including printing, email, and the Internet. If you experience network problems after this one-hour window, please reboot your computer. If you continue to experience problems, please contact the Faculty-Staff Help Desk at 617.495.0722/hlshelp@law.harvard.edu.
- Email Slowness- March 14th
- Some members of the HLS community may be experiencing slowness when sending and receiving email. Specifically, email messages may be taking longer to leave the outbox. ITS is working on fixing this problem. For updates about this issue, please call 8-ITSI.
- 2006 ITS Student Survey Now Online
- ITS is currently conducting the 2006 ITS Student Survey. The survey is open to all registered 1L, 2L, 3L, LLM and SJD students; the feedback gathered will be used to improve the IT services offered to students at HLS. All registered HLS students who complete the survey by midnight on March 22, 2006 will be awarded a $5 print credit to their HLS Allocation Print Account.
