ITS Closed Friday, 7/28: On Friday, July 28th, ITS will be closed for an on-campus, teambuilding retreat. While we will not be available for immediate assistance, we will be on-campus to respond to emergency situations. If anytime on July 28th you have an emergency that requires immediate assistance, please contact the Student Help Desk at 617.495.9576 / help@law.harvard.edu. The Student Help Desk will then contact us and we will respond immediately.
Wireless Interruption, 7/26, 5:00am-6:00am: ITS will be performing maintenance on the wireless network on July 26 between 5:00 am and 6:00 am. If you are using a wireless connection during this one-hour window, you may experience interruptions when accessing email, the internet, or home and shared network drives. Wired connections will not be impacted.
Scheduled Network Maintenance: 7/25 - 5:30am-6:30am: ITS will be performing core network maintenance on July 25 between 5:30am and 6:30 am. Individuals using their computers during this time period may experience a network outage affecting some network services including Internet and email.
Scheduled Network Maintenance: 7/18, 7/19, 7/20- 4:00-6:30am: ITS will be performing core network maintenance on July 18th, 19th, and 20th between 4:00 am and 6:30 am. Individuals using their computers during this time period may experience a network outage affecting some network services including Internet and email.
