Student Video Editing Project Information Form

Please complete this form before beginning your video project. The Student Help Desk will create a user account for you on the iMac video editing station to keep your files secure and separate from the files of other users.

General Policies:

User accounts/ files will be deleted 30 days after creation date. If you need more time you must contact the Student Help Desk before the 30 day expiration.
You must save all of your project files under your user account- remember to log in each time!
Files saved under the generic or administrator profile are subject to immediate deletion (to ensure adequate space for legitimate video editing projects).
User files are backed up weekly and stored on external hard drives in a secure location. Back ups are kept for 60 days.
