Dean's Reception - Houston

Over 65 alumni and guests joined Dean Martha Minow and HLSA of Texas President, David Harper ’91 for a reception to celebrate the 125^th anniversary of the Harvard Law School Association.  Hosted by Baker Botts LLP, the reception was a wonderful opportunity for area graduates to reconnect with one another and meet Dean Martha Minow.  

David Harper ’91 welcomed attendees and discussed the importance of the HLSA and how it serves to engage over 37,000 members worldwide by supporting and sponsoring programming, events, and activities, providing a vital link between Harvard Law School and its alumni body.
  
Walter Smith '75 then provided a wonderful introduction for Dean Minow who provided updates on new faculty, current clinical programs and the new building which is on schedule to open in the fall of 2011.
