There are two ways to get from Logan to Harvard.
First, take the Silver Line bus from all terminals to South Station. From here, go down one level to take the Red Line inbound to Harvard (train marked Alewife). (Travel time: 35-50 minutes)
Second, the Massport shuttle bus stops outside all airline terminals. Take the shuttle (bus #22 or #33) to the Airport subway stop ("T" stop). From here, take the Blue Line inbound train to Government Center. At Government Center, get off and go upstairs to the Green Line. Go inbound one stop to Park Street. Go downstairs and take the Red Line outbound to Harvard (train marked Alewife). (Travel time: 45-60 minutes)

Note: The Red Line train to Harvard is marked Alewife. From Harvard station, either walk north through Harvard Yard to the Law School or take the Church Street exit from the T station, turn right at street level, and walk north on Massachusetts Avenue along Cambridge Common. Cross over Massachusetts Ave to the Law School. (Walking time: 10 minutes)
South Station is the train's final destination. The MBTA ("T") stop is located outside the station. Take the Red Line inbound to Harvard. (Travel time: 15 minutes)
The Trailways terminal is located at South Station. Refer to Amtrak directions, above.
The Greyhound bus arrives at South Station. Refer to Amtrak directions, above.
