Colleen Torell, Vice President at Keystone Associates, is a one-on-one career management consultant and site lead for Keystone’s Boston-based consultants. She advises managers, executives and professional individual contributors through their career transitions. As a core member of the Keystone Associates Legal team she also offers in-depth and specialized career management solutions for attorneys and legal professionals at all levels.

Colleen joined Keystone from the law firm of Choate, Hall & Stewart where she was Director of Legal Recruiting and Senior Manager of Professional Development. Prior to that Colleen worked at the Boston University School of Law Career Development Office where she delivered career counseling services to law students and alumni. Earlier in her career, Colleen practiced law at the firm of Massery & Gillis.

Mark Newall is a Senior Vice President at Keystone, and partners with attorneys and business executives as they navigate their career transitions while exploring their professional options and advancing their careers.

Mark has more than 25 years of human resources management and professional development experience in professional services firms and high tech environments. Prior to joining Keystone, Mark was the Director of Human Resources at Brown Rudnick, an international law firm based in Boston. At Brown Rudnick, Mark was responsible for managing the performance of professionals at all levels, which included coaching managers, associates and partners. Previously, he designed and delivered training programs in Human Resources and Educational Services at Digital Equipment Corporation's world headquarters. Mark is frequently requested to speak for the Boston Lawyers Group on topics such as diversity, staffing and retention, and coaching. Mark is an active member of the Executive Career Global Network and the LinkedIn Human Resources Group.
