EIP 2012 Registration

Registration Instructions

Registration Opens: February 1, 2012
Registration Closes: March 30, 2012

Your Login Information
Username: [your full email address]
Password: Please continue to use the password you have been using. If you no longer have this information, please visit the Symplicity login page and click the "Forgot Password" tab below the username login. Enter your username and a password will be sent to that email address immediately. If you are a new employer without a username or password, click on the "register" button or tab.


Step One

Review Your Account Information

1.  Click on 'Account' from the top menu bar in Symplicity
2.  Review your Account information
3.  Correct any inaccuracies and complete all required fields
4.  Click Submit
Step Two

Enter Summer 2011 Program Outcome

1.  Select 'OCI' from the top menu bar
2.  Click the 'Feedback' tab; the 'Summer Program Outcome' tab should load automatically.  
3.  From the 'Summer Program Outcome' tab, select 'Sum 2011' to report feedback for every HLS student who participated in your organization's 2011 summer program. Further instructions are provided in Symplicity.
4.  Submit your Summer Program Outcome information by clicking 'Finalize'. Once you have submitted your information, you will be unable to change or add feedback information.
Step Three

Enter EIP or FIP 2011 Feedback Data

1.  Select the 'EIP / FIP Feedback' tab and then click 'Submit Feedback'.
2.  Report feedback for every student who interviewed with your organization during EIP or FIP 2011. Further instructions are available on the 'Feedback' page.  Please note: If more than one office participates in our program, all offices must submit their feedback data before you receive your interview date.
3.  Submit your EIP or FIP Feedback information by clicking 'Finalize". Once you have submitted your information you will be unable to change or add feedback information.
Step Four

Submit Your Schedule Request

1.  From within the 'OCI' tab, select the 'Schedule Request' tab.
2.  Click the 'Request Schedule' button at the bottom of the page.
3.  Complete the additional required fields.
4.  Print a copy of the schedule request for your records, then submit your request.
5.  Repeat to submit additional schedule requests.
6.  Your assigned interview date will be available to you under the 'Confirmed Schedule' tab on April 16, 2012 provided your registration is complete.
Step Five

Pay Your Fees

In order for your registration to be considered complete, please pay your registration fee through our online payment system.

Step Six

Complete the Pro Bono Section of the NALP Form

NALP Member Employers must complete the Pro Bono section of the NALP Form by June 1.

Provided that your registration is complete you will receive your interview date by email on April 16.  Once you receive your assigned interview date you must contact the Charles Hotel to reserve your interview space.  Hotel reservation instructions will be provided at the time that your interview date is released.
