Spring Interview Program
SIP is targeted at 1Ls and 2Ls that are seeking summer employment, as well as 3Ls that wish to secure employment following graduation. SIP follows the same general format as FIP, however there is no fly-out week designated. Students attend call-back interviews on their own time or during spring break, and are usually provided with approximately two weeks to accept or decline an offer.
