Harvard Law School's Cox, Coleman, Richardson Award for distinguished government service was given to Glenn Fine '85 (DOJ Inspector General), former U.S. Senator Paul Sarbanes '60, and California Senator Sheila Kuehl '78 (who accepted the award at HLS later in the fall). The awardees were celebrated at dinner at the Harvard Faculty Club.

The Fifth Annual Heyman Fellowship dinner was held in Washington, D.C. to celebrate our new class of Heyman Fellows. Founder Samuel Heyman and keynote speaker Jamie Gorelick joined the event.

The Heyman Interns from the summer of 2004 met over lunch to discuss their summer experiences in the federal government.
Four current Heyman Fellows traveled to HLS for dinner and a panel discussion with students interested in federal government work. John Carlin (Assistant U.S. Attorney, Washington D.C.), Suzette Smikle (Trial Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Consumer Litigation), Kate Mueller (Assistant General Counsel, U.S. Trade Representative), and Adam Szubin (Senior Advisor to Undersecretary of Enforcement, Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, U.S. Department of Treasury) spoke to a standing-room-only crowd.
