COURSE OFFERINGS IN SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Harvard Law School offers a number of classes that relate both to social entrepreneurship in general and to specific issue areas in which social innovation can play a key role. For course suggestions, check out the Harvard Law Bulletin’s “A Very Enterprising Curriculum."

Harvard Law School students can also take advantage of cross-registration to enroll in social entrepreneurship courses at other Harvard schools. Each year, the Hauser Center for Nonprofit Organizations at the Kennedy School publishes The Guide to Nonprofit Courses: Harvard University and Beyond, an online course catalog that compiles classes from various Harvard schools as well as neighboring institutions.  These courses relate very broadly to nonprofits, but you can search more specifically within the course catalog by selecting certain tracks, such as “Social Entrepreneurship” or “Education,” or by limiting your search to particular institutions. For details, visit http://www.hks.harvard.edu/hauser/students/courseguide/.
