Student Health Insurance Plan Waiver Information

You can waive the Student Health Insurance Plan fee if you have comparable coverage under another insurance plan. You can determine whether you have enough health insurance coverage to qualify for waiver of the Student Health Insurance Plan plan on the Harvard University Student Health Program web site.  If your health insurance qualifies for the waiver, you can complete the waiver form online. Note that the deadlines for waiving this fee are August 31 for the Fall term and February 28 for the Spring term.
