CampusDocs' complete feature set includes:

  • Document-based workflows to automate and track document/form processing;
  • Fax and email integration to expedite the capture and review of faxes and emails while quickly filing in the appropriate applicant/student electronic folders; and
  • Electronic search and retrieval of documents allowing all Student Financial Services staff to quickly locate documents upon demand.

CampusDocs provides its service on an enterprise-class infrastructure with multiple secure data centers spread across the continental US; thus providing education institutions with another way to securitize and back up important data to minimize loss and downtimes in the event of a disaster.

Information Security Summary

CampusDocs takes a comprehensive approach to information security, employing network, data transmission, data storage and physical security measures to ensure that your information is safe and secure. Information security for CampusDocs on-demand document management system starts with enterprise-class hardware and software security solutions. From firewalls to data encryption, CampusDocs has selected the leading information security solutions not only to provide the best performance but also to ensure that our security solutions are always current and fully supported. But equipment and software are not enough. People are still needed to manage and maintain any piece of equipment or software application. CampusDocs is committed to maintaining a well-trained, disciplined and professional staff and provides ongoing training and evaluation for its technical staff. In addition, all CampusDocs employees must pass a rigorous background check before joining the CampusDocs team. Finally, the policies and procedures used to oversee the applications, equipment, the premises in which they reside and the people that manage them is the critical piece that all information security programs systems rely on. CampusDocs security policies and procedures follow industry best practices while also participating in an annual, independent third party audit called a SAS-70. The SAS-70 audit is the same audit required by banks and financial institutions for providing IT services. CampusDocs has always made information security a priority and will continue this diligence, so that you can be rest assured that your data is safe and secure.
