Federal Verification Web Form

The U.S. Department of Education mandates that all schools that award federal financial aid (HLS awards Perkins and Stafford loans) verify key pieces of financial information that were submitted as part of the FAFSA. The Dept. of Education randomly selects and flags students it selects for this process. If you are selected, you will see a required document appear on the "Your Documents" tab of "My HLS Financial Aid" called the "Federal Verification Web Form." This form asks all of the questions that must be verified by HLS Student Financial Services. Also, while we do not collect personal tax returns from students, those that are selected for Federal verification will be required to submit them. These tax documents will  appear on your "Your Documents" tab.
