Commencement Student IDs

All students who plan to graduate on June 4th, 2009 will need to have their Harvard University ID (HUID) cards with them on Commencement Day. The HUID is required on that date, as graduates need to wear them in a lanyard (to be provided by the Dean of Students Office on the morning of Commencement from the Information Booth) in order to get into the University Ceremony and the Afternoon Exercises.

If you have lost your HUID card, please visit ID services located on the 9th Floor of Holyoke Center (in Harvard Square above the Au Bon Pain) prior to Commencement or contact ID services by calling 617-495-3322.

If you are participating in the commencement ceremony but do not have a current HUID (e.g. March or November degree candidates), please contact the Dean of Students Office (617-495-1880, dos@law.harvard.edu) to receive a temporary ID.

After graduation, Student IDs expire on June 30, 2009 but you will continue to be able to access the University resources as an alumnus/a.
