How to Become an R.A.

Being a Resident Assistant is a rewarding and exciting job. R.A.s set the tone for the residential experience at Harvard Law School by building community and planning activities for residents. They are leaders and an important resource for residents, particularly providing mentorship for 1Ls and LL.M.s and orienting them to residential life, HLS, and life in Cambridge, MA.
