Every applicant to the program must submit the following:
An individual application form
If the applicant is currently a Chief Legal Officer or General Counsel, no other document needs to be submitted. If the applicant is currently not a Chief Legal Officer or General Counsel, please provide a letter of recommendation from the company's Chief Exective Officer, Chief Legal Officer, or General Counsel. The letter of recommendation should contain the following information:
An explanation of the applicant's anticipated role as Chief Legal Officer or General Counsel of the company
The company's objectives and goals relating to the applicant's participation in the program
Language Proficiency
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required for participants in Harvard Law School Executive Education Programs.
Program Fee
The program fee is $12,500. The fee covers tuition, course materials, accommodation, and most meals. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. If admission is less than 30 days from the start of the program, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Cancellations or Deferrals
Cancellations or deferrals must be submitted in writing up to 30 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Due to program demand and the volume of preprogram preparations, cancellations or deferrals received less than 30 days from the start of the program are subject to full payment.
