Program Objectives The program offers participants perspective, concepts, management tools, and skills to help them be successful as emerging leaders in law firms. It is designed to assist these emerging leaders by reviewing the challenges they face and sharpening the skills necessary for their new role as partner. The program will cover the following topic areas: • Strategy and Marketing—supporting client strategy, strategic interactions, strategy implementation, business development, and providing superior client services • Negotiations—strategic negotiations, complex deal making, and negotiating skillfully • Leadership and Management—taking charge, leading teams, motivation and developing professionals, and leading change |
