Admission
Admission Requirements
Admission is selective and based on the fit between your experience
and responsibilities and individuals to whom the course is targeted.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Participants
devote time, attention, and intellect to the learning experience;
their companies assume fees, provide for reasonable expenses, and
relieve the participants of their work responsibilities during the
program.
Application Process
All applications are acknowledged and all application information
is strictly confidential. The Admissions Committee reviews applications
and qualified candidates are admitted on a rolling, space-available
basis.
The Admissions Committee only reviews completed applications.

- If the applicant is currently a Chief Legal Officer or General Counsel, no other document needs to be submitted. If the applicant is currently not a Chief Legal Officer or General Counsel, please provide a letter of recommendation from the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Legal Officer, or General Counsel. The letter of recommendation should contain the following information:
- An explanation of the applicant’s anticipated role as Chief Legal Officer or General Counsel of the company
- The company's objectives and goals relating to the
applicant’s participation in the program
Application Deadline
We request applications at least 30 days prior to the program start date. However, class size is limited; therefore, early application is encouraged.
Program Fee
The $12,500 program fee covers tuition, course material, accommodation,
and most meals. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
If admission is less than 30 days from the start of the program,
payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Cancellations or Deferrals
Cancellations or deferrals must be submitted in writing up to 30 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Due to program demand and the volume of preprogram preparations, cancellations or deferrals received less than 30 days from the start of the program are subject to full payment.*
