Spring, 2024

The websites for the Law School course on Continental legal history and the course on the Constitutional and Legal History of Medieval Continental Europe offered by the Committee on Medieval Studies in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences are shared but separate. Law students and graduate students in the FAS should click on the “law link” below; FAS undergraduates should click on the “FAS link” below. In both cases some of what you will find is geared to the last time when I gave the course in (2020), but this year’s course will be substantially the same, with the dates changed.
