Jacob E. Gersen

Biography

Jacob E. Gersen is Professor of Law at Harvard Law School.  Before joining the Harvard faculty in 2011, he was Professor of Law at the University of Chicago.  He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and a J.D. from the University of Chicago, and an A.B. in Public Policy from Brown University. His main areas of research and teaching are administrative and regulatory law, food law, environmental law, torts, and constitutional theory.
