Peter T. Grossi

Biography

Peter Grossi is a senior litigator and former chair of the Litigation Group at Arnold & Porter, LLP. For the last 25 years, he has focused, as both national and trial counsel, on product liability matters, primarily for pharmaceutical companies. He was national counsel for Wyeth in its Diet Drug cases over the last decade. He was named "Senior Statesman" of the national products liability bar by Chambers USA. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, he clerked for Judge J. Joseph Smith on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
