Professor Price is a practicing lawyer engaged in a variety of transactional law areas.  He founded and directs the Transactional Law Clinics, consisting of the Business and Non-Profit Clinic, Real Estate Clinic, Entertainment Law Clinic and Community Enterprise Project (CEP).  The clinics educate and train 2L and 3L students in the practice of law as they render legal services to hundreds of clients every year.  Professor Price also oversaw the founding of the Harvard Recording Artist Project (RAP), a student practice organization engaged in music law, and is its faculty advisor.  For more information about RAP, see Recording Artists Project (RAP).  Additionally, Professor Price oversaw the founding of and is the faculty advisor for the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project (HLEP), a student practice organization providing legal advice to start-up enterprises.  For more information about HLEP, see Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project (HLEP).

Additional Information

Professor Price first joined Harvard Law School in 1997 to teach and oversee the clinical practice of the Community Enterprise Project at the WilmerHale Legal Services Center in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.  He later was appointed Director of the WilmerHale Legal Services Center in 2006 and appointed Clinical Professor of Law in 2007.  Before Harvard Law School, Professor Price was General Counsel and Senior Director of Certification and Enforcement at the Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance within the Massachusetts Department of Economic Development; Assistant Counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company; and he also maintained his own community-based law practice specializing in general business, corporate, entertainment, real estate, and non-profit law.  Professor Price received his B. A. from Princeton University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
